This contract opportunity allows you to work onsite, lending your expertise to both elementary and high school students. In this role, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and help students overcome communication challenges, empowering them to thrive academically and socially.

You’ll have the chance to make a difference across two age groups: a 40-hour per week position at the elementary level, and a 24-hour per week position at the high school. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP licensure and ASHA CCCs (or CFY with appropriate supervision)
• Prior experience working within a school environment preferred
• Knowledge of assessment tools, IEP process, and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage caseloads and adapt to a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in an onsite school setting
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings and annual reviews
• Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere that promotes student growth and success
