Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Proven experience providing speech and language therapy in pediatric or school settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working closely with diverse students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each student
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation and progress reports in line with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development opportunities
