This contract opportunity near Dearborn, MI is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a part-time role, working closely with students to support communication and social-emotional growth.

You’ll work three days per week, providing direct services to approximately 30 students across two specialized ASD programs (K-2 and 6-8) as well as elementary students with speech impairments. With a strong start date as soon as possible and an engagement extending through the end of the school year, you’ll play a key role in students’ success stories.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
• Experience or training with pediatric, autism spectrum disorder, or elementary-age students is a plus
• Understanding of school-based practice and IEP development
• Positive communication skills and collaborative mindset

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy tailored to individual needs across K-2, 6-8 ASD programs, and students with speech impairments
• Complete assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support team members to maximize student success
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and support a positive school culture
