Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity serving students in a vibrant community near Dearborn, MI. We're seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support learners in elementary settings and a functional classroom for intensive support. This position runs ASAP through June 10, 2027, offering a unique chance to make a lasting impact across multiple school buildings.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license in Michigan with ASHA CCC certification
• Experience providing speech and language therapy in school environments preferred
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with teachers, administrators, students, and families
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt sessions to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering student success through evidence-based practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver therapy for elementary students (options include multi-building or single building caseloads)
• Serve one of the following:
  • 50-student elementary caseload across 3 buildings
  • 47-student elementary caseload within one building
  • FCIS classroom supporting students with intensive needs
• Consult regularly with educators and families to monitor and support student progress
• Create engaging, customized therapy materials and document outcomes
• Promote a nurturing, inclusive learning environment for all students
