Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly desirable
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Passion for fostering student growth and success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Conduct speech and language assessments to support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support students’ academic and social communication
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation following school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
