Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan SLP License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• School-based experience or interest in working with elementary age students
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Utilize assessments and data to track student progress and adjust interventions
