Key Qualifications:

• Valid State SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Sound understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven therapy
• Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing specialized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Flexibility to adapt interventions to meet students’ diverse needs
• Passion for working with children and empowering them to reach their full potential

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech-language assessments to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on assessment results
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
• Track progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers and families to generalize skills in academic settings
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
