Candidates must hold current Michigan licensure as an SLP and have obtained CCC credentials. Due to the needs of the position, SLP Clinical Fellows are not eligible. The role is 100% onsite, ensuring direct engagement with students and collaboration with staff for optimal outcomes. While the full-time schedule is 37.5 hours per week, district leaders are open to reviewing part-time availability for highly qualified candidates.

Key Requirements:

• Hold a valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with caseloads spanning K-12
• Proficient in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in school-age children
• Ability to work onsite; virtual/remote options are not available
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
• Maintain thorough progress notes and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
