Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a School Speech-Language Pathologist in the vibrant Westland/Ypsilanti, MI area! Starting August 31, 2026, through June 4, 2027, this role offers the chance to positively impact K-12 learners while collaborating closely with dedicated educational teams.

This full-time position features a 37.5-hour workweek, with consideration given to part-time applicants. Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Current Michigan SLP license (no SLP-CF’s at this time)
• Previous experience with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to delivering onsite services (virtual is not an option)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs
• Provide direct therapy in accordance with students’ IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and support progress monitoring
• Consult with teachers and support staff to promote inclusive educational environments
