What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; clinical fellows will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric/adolescent populations highly valued
• Ability to adapt intervention strategies to the unique needs of children and teens
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills

Your role will include:

• Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments for students at both the elementary and high school levels
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support student learning and participation
• Providing direct therapeutic services to students, individually and in small groups
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary educational planning
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of services and student progress
• Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and other school staff to foster a supportive learning environment
