Account Manager

We are expanding our commercial operations team and seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Account Manager to oversee high-value corporate accounts and drive long-term partner success. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a designated portfolio of corporate clients, driving retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership value. Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with corporate stakeholders to track performance metrics, deliver reporting, and discuss service optimizations. Partner with internal Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs), enforce SLAs, and process account scope updates. Oversee the complete account lifecycle, including commercial pricing proposals, contract renewals, and custom account onboarding. Proactively track client account health to identify operational bottlenecks and implement swift, cross-departmental solutions before issues escalation. Identify portfolio expansion opportunities to upsell additional services and grow revenue within existing business accounts. Maintain complete account records, communication histories, and pipeline analytics within our enterprise CRM system. Qualifications: 2+ years of dedicated experience in B2B account management, corporate client success, or enterprise account leadership. Demonstrated history of successfully managing business-to-business service contracts, pricing structures, and complex service level agreements (SLAs). Strong analytical and communication skills, with proven experience presenting to corporate decision-makers and executive leadership. Proficiency with enterprise CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and modern account management platforms. Ability to work effectively with internal operational, legal, and technical teams to resolve enterprise-level account challenges. Benefits: Competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus potential. $47.00 - $53.00 per hour, depending on your prior experience.
