Senior Project Manager - GP Improvement

Becton Dickinson seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead gross profit improvement initiatives and cost-saving programs across the UCC business. The role manages cross-functional project portfolios, drives operational excellence, mentors teams, and delivers year-over-year savings targets in a medical device manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Own gross profit improvement targets across assigned platforms and products
Develop business cases and secure funding to drive cost-saving program execution
Present portfolio performance, health metrics, and risks to leadership forums
Manage and mentor portfolio analysts and change management project managers
Consolidate, track, and report cost savings over current and multi-year planning periods

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
4+ years portfolio or program management in technical/regulated environment
Design control and product development process experience
Portfolio tools proficiency (PowerBI, MS Project)
People management and mentoring capability
Strategic thinking with cross-functional influence skills
Excellent communication across organizational levels
