Orano USA seeks a Licensing Specialist to support NRC licensing and regulatory compliance for a nuclear fuel cycle facility in Oak Ridge, TN. You will manage licensing basis, regulatory submittals, NRC interactions, and ensure adherence to 10 CFR Parts 30, 40, 70, 71, and 74. Collaborating with operations, safety, engineering, and quality teams, you will ensure licensing documents remain current.
