Echo Sonographer Pediatric Echocardiography
Shift: 12H Rotating (Day/Night)
On-call Hours:
- Saturday: 8am-10pm (14 hours)
- Sunday: 8am-10pm (14 hours)
- Monday: 5pm-5am (12 hours)
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Requirements:
- Certification: ARDMS or CCI in pediatric echocardiography (RDCS-PE or RCS-PE) required
- Minimum of 3 years of independent pediatric echo scanning experience required
- Experience in fetal echocardiography preferred
- Strong knowledge of complex congenital heart disease, cardiac surgical repairs, and pediatric cardiac anatomy
- Ability to scan independently in critical care areas (Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU)
- Experience with pediatric patients and family-centered care
- Current AHA BLS certification
- EKG recognition required
- EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required
