Nurse Manager

Mercy is seeking a Nurse Manager for our 7B Medical Telemetry unit to lead a team delivering high-quality, compassionate care. This role oversees daily nursing operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring adherence to clinical standards, telemetry protocols, and safety regulations. The Nurse Manager mentors and develops nurses, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and drives quality and performance initiatives. In Mercy’s culture of compassion and innovation, you’ll guide clinical excellence, support continuous learning, and help shape best practices that improve patient outcomes and team engagement.
