Plumbing Inspector

Day-to-Day: Review cost estimates, contractor documentation, and scope of work Conduct installation inspections at applicant homes Take photos and document findings; complete pass/fail inspection reports using a company laptop Review invoices vs. awarded amounts to determine payments Coordinate with contractors to resolve documentation issues Support resolution of applicant-contractor concerns Collaborate with intake specialists and internal staff Maintain accurate file documentation and reports Plan and execute inspections scheduled 1–2 days in advance We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
