Opportunity

We are looking for a professional General Manager to serve on our Executive Director Team . Work in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Director and Team to assist in the recruiting, interviewing, and selection of new Team Members. In addition, the EDO will work in collaboration with the Training Director to ensure proper training, development, and growth of all Team Members, serve as a Mentor and a Coach to all Team Members as they strive to maintain our restaurant mission of “Fostering and Environment of Personal and Professional Growth”, as well as our Corporate Mission “To be the World’s most Caring Company”

Background Profile

• 4 Year College Degree or leadership experience equivalent
  
• Experience in leading and developing large teams in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
  
• Dynamic and motivating personality
  
• Must have a flexible schedule that allows for a minimum of 40 hours per week over several day parts
  
• Must be a “Hands On Leader” - willing to work with Team Members to execute daily operations in a very fast-paced environment
