Network Transaction Solutions is seeking and HOA Estoppel Processor for a high-volume office.

***Potential remote position with In-Office Training at the Plant City, Florida location***

Qualified Candidate will:

• Research and gather information from associations, management companies and association attorneys.

• Obtain estoppels, payoff letters and ledgers from associations, management companies and association attorneys.

• Insert and organize information in database(s)

• Provide an outstanding level of customer service at all times

• Maintain a high level of error-free data entry

Requirements:

• Maintain professional demeanor and high level of customer service at all times

• Self-motivated individual with at least 1-2 years experience in an office setting

• Career-minded

• Outgoing personality

• Professional appearance

• Punctual

• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both oral and written)

• Ability to work in stressful, high pressure situations

• Ability to type 40 WPM

• Strong attention to detail

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

• Computer savvy

• Strong team-player
