We are a growing, attorney-owned title company in the Carrollwood area of Tampa seeking a motivated Title Processor with at least approximately 6 months to 1 year of title industry experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue building a long-term career in the title and real estate closing industry within a professional, supportive, and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Open and process residential real estate transactions
- Order payoffs, estoppels, surveys, and title-related documents
- Communicate with lenders, realtors, buyers, sellers, and attorneys
- Assist with file preparation and closing coordination
- Review files for completeness and accuracy
- Help ensure smooth and timely closings
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of title processing or related real estate closing experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
- Professional and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with title software a plus
