Title Closing Processor - Real Estate

SetPoint Consultants is a national staffing firm that specializes in staffing the title and mortgage industry for over 20 years! We are currently recruiting for an experienced Title Closer for a growing Florida title company. This is an ideal position for a Closer who can prepare a HUD and CD, take a file from A-Z, physically close the loan, and enjoys being the face of an office.
Salary will range $60,000-$70,000/yr and our client has fantastic benefits.
Our client offers a team-oriented and stable work environment with lots of room for advancement. The candidate must have a Florida Notary. Florida Agents License is preferred but is not required.

Active Florida Notary
Florida Title Agents License preferred
