As a Banquet Server at B2 Bistro + Bar Bayville, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up banquet areas, including table arrangements and service stations, to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Providing attentive and professional service to guests during events, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and event staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout the event.
• Upholding our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

We’re seeking candidates who bring both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of serving experience in either à la carte or banquet settings.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
