Seasonal Administrative Professional

Job Overview Seasonal Administrative Professionals needed to support our Tax Service Line during the following periods: August 2026 through October 2026, and January 2027 through April 2027. Responsibilities Assist with processing tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, and other related documents. Help prepare, proofread, edit, and process documents such as correspondence, financial statements, and client-related communications to produce error‑free work. Track engagements using Access software. Paper and electronically file client information; maintain filing systems. Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisors and others. Organize, update, and maintain calendars. Manage multiple priorities and support the Tax Service Line during busy periods. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment. Strong business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Hours of Operation Office hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m.–noon.
