Registered Nurse Clinical Manager Home Health

Job Description Medi Home Health & Hospice , a proud member of the Medical Services of America family is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as the Clinical Manager for our Home Health location in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities Approves requests for services, re-certifications, add-on orders and changes. Overse the scheduling of all patient services. Receives and approves patients re certifications and/or discharges. Audits physician's modified orders for accuracy, legibility and content prior to forwarding to physician's office for signature. Reviews and signs all lab reports. Notifies physician of any clinical facts as the relate to the patient's condition Conducts in-home supervisory visits. Job Requirements Current RN license in the state of NC from an accredited school of nursing required. Must have proper knowledge of Home Health regulations and Reimbursement. Minimum of one-year Home Health experience required. Minimum of two years nursing experience. Oasis experience required.
