Pay: Starting at $20.00-$25.00+ per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Rapid Roofing is hiring a Roof Repair Technician to join our service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing the job right.

In this role, you will help diagnose roof leaks, troubleshoot repair issues, and complete service work on residential and commercial properties. Roofing experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with construction, exterior remodeling, maintenance, or hands-on trade experience who are willing to learn.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose roof leaks and identify repair solutions
• Perform roof repairs on residential and commercial properties
• Troubleshoot roofing, flashing, ventilation, and exterior-related issues
• Assist with service calls, inspections, and repair work
• Communicate clearly with managers, team members, and customers
• Follow safety standards while working on roofs, ladders, and jobsites
• Take pride in completing clean, quality work

What We're Looking For

• Roofing, construction, exterior remodeling, or repair experience preferred
• Comfortable working outside, on ladders, and on roofs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
• Willingness to learn Rapid Roofing's repair process and quality standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Schedule

Monday through Friday

Occasional Saturdays may be needed based on weather, workload, or customer needs

Pay

Starting at $20.00-$25.00+ per hour based on prior roofing repair, service, or trouble shooting experience.
