Washington Program Specialist

About the Role As a Program Specialist, you will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. The role is available in both full‑time and part‑time capacities and is ideal for early‑career professionals seeking meaningful, hands‑on experience. Responsibilities Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students. Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser. Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school. Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators. Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team. Qualifications Excellent communication skills—professional and enthusiastic written and verbal communication with students, faculty, and staff. Positive attitude—optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality in interactions with clients and team. Growth mindset—a continual desire to learn and grow personally and professionally. Good judgment—strong self‑awareness and emotional intelligence. Outcome‑oriented—a hard worker who gets things done in a timely and efficient manner. Enthusiastic—connects enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff. Additional Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Pass Booster’s background and motor‑vehicle checks. Able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day. Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.
