Part-Time HVAC Instructors are hired on a term by term basis and teach classes that are not covered by full time instructors.

We’re looking for industry professionals , not career teachers. If you know HVAC, we’ll teach you how to teach .

What You’ll Be Doing

As an HVAC Instructor, you’ll bring real-world experience into the classroom and lab, showing students how the trade actually works — not just how it looks in a book.

You will:

• Teach hands-on HVAC skills using real equipment and real scenarios
• Share jobsite knowledge, troubleshooting tips, and best practices
• Mentor students at different skill levels — from beginners to advanced learners
• Prepare students for licensing, certification, and real-world success
• Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development
• Work independently while being supported by an experienced education team

No lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required — we provide curriculum, training, and support .

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Ability to work independently and manage your day
• Strong communication and organization skills

• Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.)
