Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Dynamics Developer to design, customize, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions tailored to enterprise business needs. The role involves collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver effective, scalable solutions and maintaining system functionality through troubleshooting and documentation. Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
- Build custom components using .NET, C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Manage forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and business process flows.
- Troubleshoot issues, support implementations, and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver effective solutions.
- 5+ years as a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead.
- 8+ years experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- 8+ years in customization and implementation of Dynamics 365 components.
- 5+ years experience with .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
- 3+ years experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
- 3+ years experience with Power Apps and Power Automate connectors.
- Experience with DevOps in Power Platform / Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration and migration.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Hybrid work model with onsite presence required.
- Onsite 4 days per week for the first 2 months, then onsite 1 day per week thereafter.
- Start date: October 19, 2026
- End date: June 30, 2027
- Hybrid schedule with specified onsite days as noted.
