Bartender The Stand Whittier

The Stand isn't your average fast-casual restaurant. We've grown to 22+ locations across California and Texas and we're not slowing down. Our bars are a big part of what makes The Stand experience special, and we need bartenders who bring the energy, the craft, and the personality to match.

We're looking for an outgoing, guest-obsessed Bartender who knows how to make great drinks, hold great conversations, and make every guest feel like a regular. If you love hospitality and take pride in what you pour this is your spot.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests and take orders at the bar with genuine hospitality
• Craft cocktails and beverages to spec every time, every guest
• Promote The Stand App and rewards program to keep guests coming back
• Know the menu inside and out food, drinks, specials, and promotions
• Check IDs and ensure all alcohol service follows legal requirements
• Wash and sterilize glassware and prep garnishes
• Manage bar inventory and keep the bar stocked and organized
• Handle cash and register transactions accurately
• Keep the bar and restaurant clean and sanitary throughout your shift

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of bartending experience preferred
• Outgoing personality you make people feel welcome the second they sit down
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Reliable nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the deal
• Sharp, attentive, and able to multitask during a busy bar rush
• Clear communicator verbal and written
• Passion for great food AND great drinks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
