Utility Clerk

Utility Clerk We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Utility Clerk to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a team-oriented environment. As a Utility Clerk, you'll support multiple customer service areas throughout the bank, helping provide excellent service to our customers while assisting where needed most. Key Responsibilities: Assist in various Customer Service departments and the Call Center as needed Process customer transactions, including deposits, payments, and check cashing Open new accounts and assist customers with account questions and services Help customers with IRA inquiries, ATM card orders, and check orders Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs Provide backup support for the Switchboard Operator and Call Center Deliver friendly, professional customer service and assist with resolving inquiries Follow bank policies, procedures, and security guidelines Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Tact and public relations expertise Proficient with Microsoft Office, Vertex, calculator, and PC Ability to adapt to flexible work schedule Commercial Bank and Trust Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Vets/Disabled
