Job Description Description Overview In this role, the individual will manage one specialist and oversee HR Business Operations. Work Location Arlington, VA, but mostly remote/work from home. Role Responsibilities This role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities: Manage one specialist Oversee the following processes: HR budget Metrics Providing data for HR proposals Service Contract Act processes small HR projects/initiatives (implement policy/process changes) Adhoc requests from HR leadership Required Skills 2+ years of experience in the following required Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint Education Level Bachelor’s Degree Hours per week 40 #J-18808-Ljbffr BCforward
