Banquet Food Server

Job Requirements

Starting Pay Range $10.70 hourly Base wage plus potential of up to $40 gratuity per hour

On-Call

Our servers are trained in the ultimate banquet dining experience. From birthday parties, anniversaries, fundraisers, weddings and each event is a one of a kind experience.

What you will do as a Food Server:

• Always reports to Supervisor before shift to obtain assigned station and reviews BEO.
• Ensures that stations are clean, orderly and stocked with the specified condiments and promotional material. Ensures that tables are set properly according to BEO.
• Always completes side duties, including, but not limited to, stocking condiments, folding napkins, polishing glasses, etc...
• Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, being served at that function and the method of preparation.
• Ensures that all guest choice of entrees is correct before service.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Food Server, you'll need:

• Previous tray or food server experience.
• Must possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests.
• Banquet experience.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 pounds .
