Menu knowledge\specials knowledge
Running food to tables
Good listening\communication skills
Upselling (ice cream, appetizers, etc.)
Wash dishes
Assist with food preparations (Subs, Salads, Fried Foods, Ice Cream)
Customer cash outs and money handling (responsible for own bank for cash outs)
Cleaning duties - bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, "downtime cleaning"
