Smith Crossing's Nursing team as a Resident Assistant may be a great fit for you!Job Duties include:Completion of all tasks related to resident care and unit operationEncouraging resident's independence and participation in social activitiesObserving and reporting changes in resident's conditionsProviding compassionate services and guidance to the residentsProvides daily personal hygiene and careCharts electronically and on sheets (as needed) at appropriate times and at completion of tasksEnsures all supplies are adequately accounted for and maintains charge book as directed.
