Faculty Opportunity for Clinician Educator, UConn Health/Waterbury Hospital Join the UConn Waterbury Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program as a full-time Clinic/Ambulatory Faculty member and be part of our dynamic and innovative team. We are seeking an experienced physician who is passionate about ambulatory resident education. This position provides a unique opportunity to shape the future of internal medicine physicians while fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Additionally, there are opportunities for rotation as an inpatient attending for those who are interested. Supervise and educate internal medicine residents in the outpatient clinic. Provide comprehensive patient care in the outpatient setting. Develop and implement curriculum for the ambulatory care component of the residency program. Actively participate in case-based discussions, grand rounds, and other educational activities. Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging resident engagement and professional growth. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall residency program.
