The Opportunity Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Psychiatry physicians This opportunity is in Primary Care Setting. 1 day per week Addiction Medicine/Addiction Psych (a plus) Opioid/Alcohol patients BH evaluations, substance abuse caseloads Current CA state license is a plus. The Practice Hesperia Health Center - Hesperia, California Ontario Health Center - Ontario, California San Bernardino Health Center - San Bernardino, California As a Federally Qualified Health Center, this site is eligible for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Referral resources include WIC, Dental, Psych, Nutritionist, and a MediCal case worker. Facility hours for this location are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm. Patient mix is a majority adults. 10-16 patients per day per provider. Point of Care testing available at site; minimal labs. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
