Company Description The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center (IEWBC) is a program of the Randall W. Lewis Center for Entrepreneurship at California State University, San Bernardino, and operates in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. IEWBC provides business counseling, training, and mentoring tailored to women business owners, with specialized services for entrepreneurs offered in both English and Spanish. The center is located in San Bernardino, Riverside and Temecula, with weekday hours and Saturday availability by appointment. IEWBC supports the growth and sustainability of women-owned businesses across the Inland Empire through accessible workshops, resources, and personalized support. Role Description The Program Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role based in San Bernardino or Temecula, CA. This position coordinates day-to-day program activities, including scheduling workshops, managing registrations, and supporting outreach to business owners. The Program Coordinator maintains participant records, responds to inquiries, and provides customer service to clients seeking counseling, training, and mentoring services. The role collaborates with staff, partners, and facilitators to ensure smooth program delivery, assists with marketing and communications, and supports data collection and reporting for program evaluation. The coordinator may also help organize special events, maintain resource materials, and contribute to continuous improvement of IEWBC services. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Program Development skills to coordinate services and support ongoing improvement of center offerings. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to engage with diverse communities. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to respond to participant needs, manage inquiries, and provide a welcoming environment. Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to organize workshops, track timelines, and manage multiple tasks and priorities. Relevant qualifications include experience in community-based or educational programs, familiarity with small business or entrepreneurship support, and proficiency with office software and online registration tools. Bilingual English/Spanish skills, prior experience working with entrepreneurs, and knowledge of the Inland Empire community are beneficial. An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, education, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
