Local Contract LPN (Skilled Nursing)

Licensed Practical Nurse
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver overnight care in a skilled nursing facility. The role offers a consistent schedule with the option to pick up additional shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Assist with daily living activities and resident care needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols.
- Deliver patient-centered care while promoting dignity and quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
