Electrical Engineer IIWe are looking for an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer II to work in the Semi-conductor industry supporting the production and ongoing improvement of our particle analyzer and concentration monitoring products. If you are a motivated high performer who wants to work and learn in a fast-growing company, this role is designed for you.Primary Responsibilities and DutiesProvide day to day support for electrical components and assemblies used in our instruments.Troubleshoot production issues and help resolve electrical problems that impact yield or quality.Maintain process documentation – operating procedures, test specifications, test methods, component drawings, etc.Work with design engineering to improve manufacturability and reliability of electrical hardware.Support new product introductions by helping prepare manufacturing processes, test setups, and work instructions.Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, quality, and supplier teams to ensure smooth production flow.Use standard electrical test equipment to diagnose issues during builds or pilot runs.Maintain accurate documentation, including test procedures and engineering change orders.Maintains a clean and safe work area. Performs duties in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures.Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization.Qualifications2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production support for electrical productsMust be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorshipBachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringAbility to read schematics and understand analog/mixed signal circuitsExperience using oscilloscopes, DMMs, and other test toolsFamiliarity with PCB design softwareFamiliarity with lasers, photodetectors, or other opto electronic componentsExperience with pumps, flowmeters, or fluid handling systemsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross functionallyAbility to communicate effectively and work in a team settingPreferred QualificationExperience with low noise analog circuits or sensor interfacesExposure to microcontrollers or digital electronicsExperience in semiconductor, medical, or aerospace industriesWork Environment/Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.Must be able to travel between Chaska and Bloomington sites (paid for time and mileage) if the need arises.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn on the production floor. This includes the use of safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and high-visibility vests.Adherence to cleanroom attire standards is required (when in cleanroom).
