Verify inventory and visually inspect shipments for quality.# **KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** # Operate sit-down forklifts (single and double forks) to move product throughout the warehouse* # Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently* # Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped* # Locate and pick requested items within the warehouse using RF scanning equipment (RF experience preferred)* # Inspect pallets and products for damages or quality issues and report findings to leadership* # Pack, stage, and label materials/pallets for shipping while verifying counts and accuracy* # Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at the end of each shift# **ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** # Work with other machinery and material handling equipment as needed* # Support overall warehouse operations and team objectives# **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)*** # Ability to operate or learn sit-down forklifts (single and double)* # Ability to read, interpret, and scan pallet identification numbers accurately* # Comfortable working in cold storage/freezer environments (as low as -20°F) with company-provided PPE and freezer gear* # Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (may vary by facility)* # Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* # Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed* # Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels# **PAY*** # Starting around $19/hour, with the potential for more based on experiencePay Range:$15.72 - $26.59Why Lineage?
