Customer Service Representative

Location: San Marcos, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our growing home services team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing incoming inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring calls are routed efficiently to the appropriate departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at multitasking.

• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Make outbound calls for appointment scheduling, confirmations, and customer follow-up.
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments while maintaining accurate calendar management.
• Route customer inquiries and calls to the appropriate departments or team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, call notes, and scheduling information.
• Adapt to changing priorities while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• 1-3 years of customer service, call center, receptionist, or dispatch experience.
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

• Experience scheduling appointments or coordinating service-related calendars.
• Background in home services, field services, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar industries.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems or scheduling software.

This is a fully onsite position located in San Marcos, CA . The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

This is a Contract position based out of San Marcos, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
