ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative for Ximena Rosas - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish).
• Must have Property and Casualty insurance license in the State of CA in good standing.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
