Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative for Ximena Rosas - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Compensation: $42,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish).
• Must have Property and Casualty insurance license in the State of CA in good standing.

• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Recruiter.
• We have 25 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
