Salary: $75,000-$80,000 + Commission on Renewals and New Business! Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies for acquiring new commercial insurance clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and key stakeholders. Identify client risks, assess business objectives, and create tailored insurance and risk management solutions. Manage and grow an existing book of business, pursuing new revenue opportunities. Establish expertise within a targeted industry or market niche. Partner with internal service teams to ensure a superior client experience. Consistently meet and exceed production and revenue goals. Must-Have Skills: Proven success in commercial insurance sales or revenue-generating roles. Experience building and managing long-term client relationships. Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building capabilities. Ability to advise and partner with business owners and executives as a trusted expert. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mentality focused on business growth. Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required). A current book of business or history of producing $75,000–$100,000+ in annual commission/revenue.
