We offer industry-leading benefits, personal and professional growth opportunities, and a fantastic team to work with that you won’t find anywhere else.Who We’re Looking For:Class B and/or C level technicians with 2-5 years of experience in a dealership or private shopUp-to-date ASE and manufacturer certificationsExperience using scan tools and service information systemsAbility to independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairsProficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnosticsAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceWhat You’ll Do:Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standardsDiagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirementsRoad-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair workDocument work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking proceduresResponsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics toolsTotal RewardsThe flat rate range for this position is $25.00 to $40.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
