Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Overview ERP International is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full‑time opportunities in support of the Emergency Department at the Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms, CA. Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF. Perform physical examinations and obtain health histories. Provide health promotion, counseling, and education. Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions. Direct and supervise the care provided by other health‑care professionals. Assign patient care based on scope of practice and skill level of personnel. Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and react quickly in emergency situations. Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people to inform the health‑care team of plans and actions, and to teach/educate patients, families, and the organization. Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate. Perform nursing services identified in the terms of employment. Conduct research to support improved practice and patient outcomes. Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree of Nursing from an accredited institution (ACEN, CCNE or equivalent). Experience: Minimum one year of emergency department experience in the past two years. License: Active, unrestricted RN license. Life Support Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS, and PALS (ACLS and PALS may be obtained within six months of employment). Security: Must be able to pass a government background check and obtain a government security clearance.
