Procurement Specialist

Senior Manager, Enterprise Talent Services at Motion Recruitment Our client, a well‑known accounting and tax software provider, is actively hiring a Procurement Specialist to join their team in San Diego, CA . This role will be hybrid and require onsite work 3x a week. *This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!* Base pay range: $57.00/hr - $67.00/hr In this role, you will lead technology sourcing efforts, including RFPs, vendor negotiations, and software license agreement reviews . You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to manage supplier relationships, assess risk, and drive cost‑effective, compliant purchasing decisions across multiple software categories. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end technology sourcing activities, including RFPs, vendor evaluations, contract negotiation, and software license agreement reviews. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to manage supplier relationships, assess risk, and ensure compliant, cost‑effective purchasing decisions. Conduct pricing analysis, benchmarking, and documentation while managing multiple sourcing initiatives independently in a fast‑paced environment.
