El puesto
Trabajar en un entorno dinmico en las reas de produccin, preparacin de pedidos y manejo de materiales.
El puesto de Asociado se estructura en cuatro niveles. Cada nivel ofrece diferentes responsabilidades y oportunidades para conocer distintas reas del trabajo en una planta de fabricacin. Estamos buscando a un/a Asociado - Nivel 3 para turnos de Domingo - Miercoles o Miercoles a Sabado 7AM - 5:30 PM.

Operador de SS, Gestin de Inventario, Mezclado, Panificacin Koppers, levantamiento de cargas pesadas en automatizacin, NJ2
Ser responsable del funcionamiento y mantenimiento de equipos clave de produccin o manipulacin de materiales.
- Auditar y verificar el trabajo realizado para asegurar su precisin y eficiencia.
- Levantars, transportars, movers y preparars manualmente materias primas, ingredientes o productos terminados.
- Mantendrs el flujo de producto reabasteciendo las mquinas y estaciones de trabajo.
- Llenars productos utilizando equipos y/o herramientas, como cucharas y bsculas, para B2B.
- Armars, preparars, cargars y descargars palets o entregas y completars relevante reportes.
- Recogers y movers productos con precisin siguiendo el mtodo FIFO (Primero en Entrar, Primero en Salir).
- Cumplirs metas de produccin establecidas.
- Mantendrs la limpieza y organizacin de las reas de trabajo.
- Seguirs las Buenas Prcticas de Manufactura (BPM) y los Procedimientos Operativos Estndar (POE).
- Realizars la configuracin, limpieza y ensamblaje bsicos de los equipos.
- Solucionars problemas e informar sobre cualquier incidencia que pueda afectar la productividad.
- Otras tareas que se te asignen.
Requisitos fsicos: Levantar/cargar hasta 50 lbs durante el turno, empujar/jalar, agacharse/inclinarse, permanecer de pie hasta 10 horas al da en promedio, trabajar de forma segura a una altura de hasta 40 pies.

- Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo en nuestro turno de dia o de noche (los horarios se ajustan a las necesidades del negocio)
- Comodidad trabajando en instalaciones que manejan alrgenos (cacahuetes, frutos secos, leche, trigo, huevos, ssamo, soja, mariscos, pescado).
- Posiciones que requiren levantar pesado, requiere capacidad para levantar hasta 50 lbs de forma constante durante un turno completo.
- Capacidad para estar de pie/caminar un promedio de 10 horas seguidas, con movimientos adicionales como empujar, jalar, cuclillarse, agacharse o alcanzar objetos.
- Fuerte sentido de urgencia para completar el trabajo a tiempo.
- Extremadamente detallista.
- Excelente tica laboral, puntualidad y gran fiabilidad.
- Capacidad para comunicarse de forma respetuosa, eficaz y profesional con compaeros y gerentes.
- Diploma de secundaria o equivalente, o ms de 2 aos de experiencia en almacn o produccin de alimentos.
