Work Environment

The ideal candidate will thrive in our onsite hospital setting in Paterson, NJ, where a supportive team culture promotes both clinician and patient welfare. Your workday will typically consist of a 5-day work week totaling approximately 40 hours, with no on-call duties, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated panel of patients while also handling physician overflow. You will provide comprehensive care for your patients, ensuring they receive the attention they need.

• Collaborate closely with physicians who will provide ongoing support and guidance, enhancing your clinical practice and patient care capabilities.

• Engage in 100% clinic-based practice, focusing exclusively on delivering outpatient care without the requirement for hospital rounds or call responsibilities.

• Conduct various women's health procedures, including IUD placements, Nexplanon insertions, endometrial and vulvar biopsies, colposcopies (if trained), and circumcision procedures (if trained), ensuring you provide comprehensive care.

• Utilize an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) council for support, ensuring you have access to resources and mentorship throughout your journey with us.

• Participate in leadership training programs that help expand your professional skills and prepare you for future roles within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily focus on the women's health sector, collaborating with a diverse client base that spans various backgrounds and health needs. Your role will be integral in promoting preventive care and addressing a wide range of health issues, thereby directly influencing patient outcomes. Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant Certification is required.

• Must possess an unrestricted state medical license within New Jersey, allowing you to practice without limitations.

• Full COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory, in adherence to national, state, and local guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits
