Contracts & Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Task Orders, Purchase Orders, consulting agreements, construction agreements, and engineering services contracts Support commercial negotiations related to pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, liability provisions, insurance requirements, and risk allocation Coordinate contract review and approval processes with Legal, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Program Management, and executive stakeholders Maintain contract records, amendments, renewals, deliverables, and closeout documentation Support development and continuous improvement of contracting processes, templates, and workflows Ensure procurement and contracting activities comply with internal procedures, quality requirements, export control regulations, and contractual obligations Track supplier documentation, certifications, quality records, and contractual requirements Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding procurement and contracting activities Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Operations, Quality, and Finance teams to support project execution Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Legal Studies, or a related field 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, commercial management, supply chain operations, or related disciplines Experience drafting, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements and purchase orders Experience supporting sourcing and procurement activities across multiple categories of spend Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
