Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Surgical

Schedule:
- Night shift; 1900-0730
- Every other weekend & possibility of floating to other units

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- License: RN
- Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS required for specific units

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a surgical setting.
- Assess and document patient health status and nursing care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
- Monitor and manage patient responses to medications and interventions.
- Assist with procedures and treatments as needed.

Compliance / Notes:
- Floating to clinically appropriate units as needed, within the clinician's scope of practice, licensure, and demonstrated competencies.
